1. Acceptance

By using this site you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

2. Services

Quotes generated through our bundle and booking flows are indicative. Final scope is confirmed via a signed engagement letter. Monthly retainers can be paused or cancelled with 14 days' notice. One-time projects follow a 50% upfront, 50% on delivery model unless stated otherwise.

3. Intellectual property

You own the final deliverables once paid for in full. We retain the right to display non-confidential work in our portfolio unless you opt out in writing.

4. Liability

BrantaTech's liability for any claim is capped at the fees paid for the engagement in the previous 3 months. We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

5. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, with disputes resolved in the courts of Dhaka.
